Why did you create The Young Insider: Saw created The Young Insider because he wanted to help amplify the voices of Youth. He wants everyone to use their voice to spread issues impacting their generation. Saw believes that we are stronger together.

Why did you join The Young Insider: Sydney joined The Young Insider because she wanted to bring people closer to the government and to civic engagement. She believes the youths voices are more powerful than they think and want to help kids utilize their power to make a change

Why did you join the Young Insider: She is interested in The Young Insider because she believes the youth should be able to voice their concerns. As youth we are the future and speaking out about things that affect our future is important, that is why The Young Insider is an amazing organization.

Fun facts: Maia is a freshman at the University of California, Davis. Go Aggies!
Why did you join the young insider: Throughout their life, Maia has held interest in advocating for human rights and climate change reform. Maia, through practicing civic engagement, has learned the importance of involving themself within democracy and activism. In doing so, Maia has developed a deep passion for teamwork, leadership, policy, and writing. It is important to involve oneself in politics. Through self-expression and advocacy, one can build community and a better future. Maia is doing just that.

Name: Judah Jones
Fun facts: I am highly involved in competitive high school debate, and specialize in critical race theory with an interest in how race frames politics and society
Why did you join the young insider: Judah has always been interested in politics, particularly the myriad positions, ideologies, and perspectives that exist across social groups. They believe that rather than be suppressed, young people's voices should be uplifted, giving way to new ways of knowledge and driving social change. Judah is very excited to help provide a platform to young voices everywhere by working with The Young Insider.

Name: Mansi Arora
Fun fact: I was top 90 at NSDA Nationals for Improumptu!
Why did you join the young insider: Mansi joined so she use her voice outside of speeches, allowing more people to hear my advocacy as she have many topics she is passionate about, such as foreign affairs, human rights, and environmental change. With the platform TYI gives me, she can cause change in my local and national communities, serving as another step for youth to enter the world of policy.
